C.S. Osborne Revolving Leather Punch Pliers

C.S. Osborne makes high quality tools, and this punch tool is a good standard. There are six holes that range in size from 2mm to 4.5mm. Great for making holes in leather, fabric and PVC for corsets, bags, belts, shoes, and home goods, especially when used with grommets or eyelets. 
The punched hole size should be equal to or just slightly smaller than your grommet hole diameter, depending on how tightly woven your fabric is and how prone it is to stretching.
