Shipping hours are about 8am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. 
Orders placed Tuesday-Friday before 1pm ET are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Orders placed on Monday or after 1pm ET Tuesday-Friday may be shipped the same day or may be shipped on the following business day, excluding holidays. More info here. 

As of 5/15/24, we'll no longer have our stockroom in Manhattan, and will have moved to a larger warehouse in Newark, New Jersey. Please be patient with us as we figure out whether we'll still be able to offer local pickup in Manhattan *of orders placed online* on the next day (or a couple of days later), or if it will all need to be shipped.
