Shipping hours are about 8am-2pm, Monday-Friday. 
Orders placed Tuesday-Friday before 1pm ET are usually shipped the same day.
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Orders placed on Monday or after 1pm ET Tuesday-Friday may be shipped the same day or may be shipped on the following business day, excluding holidays. More info here. 

As of 5/15/24, we no longer have our stockroom in Manhattan, because we moved to a larger warehouse in Newark, New Jersey. But we do still have our tailoring shop in Manhattan, which is great for picking up orders placed online in order to avoid shipping fees, or if there's a product you'd like to see in person before purchasing. Here's info about Local Pickup at our tailoring shop. For samples, please send an email to info@biasbespoke.com at least a couple of days ahead of time to see if we can get a sample of what you need to Manhattan.
