Continuous 1/2" White Spring Steel Boning, 5.5 Yard Roll or 25 Yard Roll

Continuous spring steel boning covered with a durable white nylon-based coating. This style of boning is ideal for straight seams, such as in a petticoat or full skirt, or the center front and back of a corset. It does not bend side to side (only front to back), so for curved seams you'll want to use spiral steel boning. Boning is always placed between two or more layers of fabric, slid into a bone casing, or set between a top-stitched seam allowance and the outer fabric. Use our hoop connectors to make hoops that are secure but can be taken apart easily for compact storage. Safe to hand wash and dry clean. 

This size is 1/2" (13mm) wide, and 1mm thick.

Choose from two lengths: 
- 5.5 yard roll (5 meters) 
- 27 yard roll (25 meters)

We also have 1/8" and 1/4" wide in 5.5 yard rolls.
