Quality Italian shears in a bright silver colored finish, good for tailoring and dressmaking. 8" (21cm) long end to end. Made in Italy of high quality carbon steel for Bias Bespoke.

Note: it's best to use different shears for cutting fabric than for cutting paper, as paper dulls scissors quickly.
