Weighted Tailor's Tape Measure, (60"), Made in Germany
A measuring tape with a heavy weight on the bottom, to enable accurate measuring at a distance parallel to the ground. It's useful for many purposes, from hemming to non-sewing applications (one that comes to mind is painting designs on walls). The weight is about 1/4 of a pound.
